- *Job Title: Credit Sales Lead (Export Financing)**
- *Location:** Mumbai (Hybrid/Field – Extensive travel across agri\-export clusters)
- *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
- *Employment Type:** Full\-time
- *Compensation:** Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience)
- *About the Company:**
A fast\-growing agri\-fintech platform enabling global trade of fresh produce through integrated financial solutions. The company supports exporters with services like export financing, buyer verification, and risk protection to help them scale globally with speed and security.
- *About the Role:**
We are looking for a **Credit Sales Lead** to drive adoption of export financing solutions among Indian agri exporters. This is a revenue\-driven, field\-focused role where you will manage the complete sales cycle from sourcing exporters to closing financing deals and building long\-term relationships.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- *1\. Exporter Acquisition \& Outreach**
- Build a strong pipeline of agri exporters (grapes, pomegranate, etc.)
- Conduct field visits across mandis, packhouses, and trade networks
- Identify and qualify exporters based on business size and financing needs
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- *2\. Deal Origination \& Conversion**
- Pitch export financing solutions (invoice discounting, factoring, etc.)
- Convert leads into active clients through consultative selling
- Structure deals aligned with pricing and risk frameworks
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and approvals
- *3\. Relationship Management \& Growth**
- Build long\-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Increase client wallet share and financing usage
- Act as a trusted advisor on trade and financing decisions
- *4\. Market Insights \& Strategy**
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand
- Share insights with leadership and product teams
- Identify new growth opportunities across regions and commodities
- *5\. Reporting \& Execution**
- Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline
- Report weekly metrics (leads, conversions, disbursals)
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for deal execution
- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of exporters onboarded
- Financing volume (GMV)
- Revenue generated
- Conversion ratios
- Client retention \& repeat usage
- *Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- *Must\-Have:**
- 4–8 years of experience in **credit sales / loan sales / insurance / NBFC / banking**
- Strong experience in **SME lending, working capital loans, or trade finance**
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Comfortable with field sales and extensive travel
- Strong communication skills (Hindi \& English required)
- *Good\-to\-Have:**
- Experience with agri exporters or agri\-finance
- Network in trade ecosystem (exporters, freight forwarders, etc.)
- Knowledge of invoice discounting, factoring, or trade credit
- *Who Should Apply**
