CRM EXECUTIVE (SOUTH INDIAN LANGUAGES)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer and dealer calls in Tamil and other South Indian languages.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders and regular follow\-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Dispatch departments.
• Provide order status and delivery updates.
• Follow up on pending payments.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain good client relationships.
• Maintain customer records and daily CRM reports.

Required Skills

• Fluency in at least one South Indian language: Tamil.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Good communication and follow\-up skills.
• Previous experience in CRM, customer support or sales coordination preferred.
