Job Summary

GrowthFather Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer\-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth client experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Follow up with clients regularly regarding project updates and feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and follow\-up details in the CRM system.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build long\-term business relationships.
• Identify client concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments for quick resolution.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
• Strong follow\-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude with good problem\-solving skills.
• Prior experience in CRM, customer support, or client handling is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with strong communication and convincing skills.
• Should be confident in handling client calls and professional conversations.
• Must be organized, responsible, and customer\-oriented.

• *Salary:** As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
