• *About the Role**

We are seeking a customer\-focused and detail\-oriented CRM Executive to manage post\-sales activities and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the property purchase journey. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate post\-sales operations, customer relationship management, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

• Manage end\-to\-end post\-sales customer relationships and provide timely support to homebuyers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding booking formalities, payment schedules, agreements, registrations, possession, and handovers.
• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records, payment status, and communication logs in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Customer Service teams for smooth execution of post\-sales processes.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, and compliance requirements.
• Assist customers with home loan documentation and coordination with banking partners, if required.
• Generate regular reports on customer interactions, collections, and post\-sales activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
• ------------------------------------

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in CRM/Post\-Sales within the Real Estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of property documentation, agreements, registrations, and possession processes.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
• Strong coordination, problem\-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
