The CRM Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients, distributors, retail dealers, and institutional buyers. You will act as the primary point of contact for order placement, tracking, and post\-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
**Client Onboarding \& Support:** Maintain the customer database and handle communication with regional luggage distributors and dealers.
**Order Processing:** Receive purchase orders (POs), coordinate with the production/dispatch team to check availability, and confirm delivery timelines.
