Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**Job Summary**
We are a growing brand in the luggage and travel gear industry looking for a data\-driven and creative **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our team at our **Satpur, Nashik** office. In this role, you will lead our digital growth strategies by managing high\-performing paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram) and optimizing our organic search footprint (SEO) to drive online sales and brand awareness.

- Satpur, Nashik, Maharashtra (On\-site / Full\-time)
- **Paid Advertising:** Plan, set up, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across **Google Ads** (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook \& Instagram) to achieve target ROAS.
- **SEO Management:** Conduct keyword research, optimize product pages, manage on\-page/technical SEO, and build high\-quality backlinks to increase organic traffic.
- **Content \& Creative Collaboration:** Work closely with designers to develop high\-converting ad creatives, copy, and landing pages specifically tailored to travel audiences.
- **Analytics \& Reporting:** Track daily/weekly campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) and ad managers to report on key metrics (CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- **Market Trends:** Monitor competitor strategies and shifting trends within the e\-commerce and luggage/travel industries to identify new growth channels.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- **Experience:** 2–4 years of proven experience running paid ads and SEO campaigns, preferably in e\-commerce or consumer retail (D2C).
- **Ad Platforms:** Hands\-on expertise with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite is required.
- **SEO Tools:** Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
- **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and turn insights into actionable campaign adjustments.
- **Location/Commute:** Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to **Satpur, Nashik** before starting work.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
