Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager (Male or Female) to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring high\-quality service while driving business growth through strategic lead generation and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
\- Resolve inquiries quickly via phone, email, or in\-person to maintain high service standards.
\- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective client.
\- Conduct cold calls and reach out to B2B leads to introduce company services, specifically cloud and digital transformation solutions.
\- Perform regular follow\-ups with existing clients to ensure retention and address evolving needs.
\- Guide clients through the service portfolio to match them with the best business solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications
\- 1–3 years in sales, customer support, or relationship management.
\- Exceptional professional verbal and written skills.
\- Proven ability in cold calling, lead qualification, and negotiation.
\- Highly organized and goal\-oriented in fast\-paced settings.
\- Educational qualification Btech or MBA
Pay: Up to ₹25,000\.00 per month
