Working Days \& Time: Monday to Saturday \| 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented Internal Auditor cum Finance Head to oversee internal audit functions, financial operations, compliance management, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and experience in handling finance and audit responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Monitor financial transactions, accounting systems, and internal controls
• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and audit documentation
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and management teams
• Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other financial regulations
• Analyze financial risks and recommend corrective actions
• Supervise finance and accounts operations for smooth business functioning
• Improve internal processes and maintain financial discipline across departments

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and finance operations
• Experience in financial reporting and compliance management
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Inter Passed (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance/Internal Audit
• Experience in corporate finance or auditing environment preferred

Pay: Up to ₹50,000\.00 per month
