- *Position:** CRM Head
- *Department:** Finance / CRM
- *Experience:** 5–10 Years
- *Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA) Preferred
- *Position Overview**
Vraj Group is seeking an experienced CRM Head to oversee customer collections, receivables, and post\-sales customer relationship management. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customers to ensure timely collections, smooth documentation, and an exceptional customer experience throughout the payment and possession lifecycle.
- *Key Responsibilities**
Accounts Receivable Management
- Monitor customer payment schedules and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure timely collection of installments as per payment plans.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate recovery efforts.
- Prepare collection forecasts, ageing reports, and MIS for management.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage customer communication from booking through possession.
- Address customer queries related to payments, documentation, and project updates.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales and Legal teams for documentation and agreement execution.
Process \& Reporting
- Develop and improve collection processes and customer communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports on collections, pending dues, cancellations, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- CA preferred (or equivalent qualification with relevant experience).
- Experience managing AR or CRM functions in the real estate industry.
- Strong financial analysis and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
