• *Position Overview**

The Business Development Manager will identify and secure redevelopment opportunities by building strong relationships with housing societies, consultants, brokers, and key stakeholders. The role focuses on expanding the company's redevelopment portfolio through strategic networking and successful deal closures.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Business Development

• Identify redevelopment opportunities across target locations.
• Build relationships with society members, committee members, brokers, architects, and consultants.
• Conduct project feasibility assessments and market research.
• Present redevelopment proposals and company capabilities to prospective clients.

Deal Management

• Coordinate negotiations and support agreement execution.
• Liaise with legal, technical, and finance teams during due diligence.
• Track redevelopment opportunities from lead generation to project acquisition.
• Maintain an updated database of prospective redevelopment projects.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and redevelopment regulations.
• Develop strategies to strengthen the company's redevelopment presence.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years of redevelopment business development experience.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of redevelopment regulations and approval processes.
• Established network within the real estate industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
