Position Overview

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising day\-to\-day construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, budgets, and timelines. The role requires coordination with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders to deliver high\-quality construction.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

• Supervise civil construction activities from foundation to finishing.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site\-related technical issues.

Quality \& Safety

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company safety protocols.
• Monitor material quality and workmanship.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Verify contractor bills and material consumption.
• Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
• Assist in planning and timely completion of project milestones.

Requirements

• 10\+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to manage contractors and multiple site activities.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
