• *Position Overview**

Vraj Group is looking for an experienced **HR Manager** to independently manage the end\-to\-end HR function. The role includes recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding across corporate, sales, and project/site functions.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Drive employee engagement activities, induction programs, and performance appraisal support.
• Handle employee relations and resolve HR\-related queries.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS and recommend process improvements.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labour laws.
• Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
