Customer Care cum Admin Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries via call, email, chat, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product concerns
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
• Track shipments, return pickups, refund status, and pending cases
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update status regularly
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned team

• *Admin \& Coordination:**

• Maintain inward/outward courier records and basic documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and ensure smooth interview flow
• Follow up with candidates and internal teams on interview status and feedback
• Assist in updating trackers, maintaining reports, and ensuring data accuracy
• Support in day\-to\-day administrative tasks and office coordination

• *Operations Support:**

• Support in data entry, reporting, and maintaining operational records
• Ensure all tasks and queries are closed within defined timelines
• Regular follow\-ups to ensure no pending cases

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Graduate (any stream)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service / coordination role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Working knowledge of **Canva** for basic creatives/coordination tasks
• Strong follow\-up and problem\-solving ability
• Organized, detail\-oriented, and process\-driven

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
