Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care \& Support \-

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and marketplace platforms.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order\-related issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow\-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Administrative \& Backend Operations \-

Manage and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Perform data entry and update MIS reports accurately.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational dashboards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Assist in process documentation and SOP maintenance.

Recruitment Coordination \& HR Support \-

Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Operational Coordination \-

Monitor task completion and follow up with internal teams.
Support management with operational planning and execution.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.

Required Skills \-

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of customer service and business operations.

Qualification \-

Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in operations, administration, customer service, or coordination roles will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and hands\-on experience with Canva can apply for this position.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
