Customer Care Executive _ Chat Process

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for Chat process to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an excellent customer experience through email.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Provide information about products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate/pursuing/Diploma.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
