Customer Care Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for Voice process to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an excellent customer experience through phone.

• *Requirement:** Multiple processes with different requirement **Hindi/English/Marathi/ Telegu/Tamil/ Kanada/Malyalam**

• *Location: Ghansoli Navi mumbai**

• *Multiple Domestic Process.**

• *Education: 12th Pass /Undergrad/Graduate/ PG**

• *Salary: Start from 13,000 to 25,000 inhand take home**

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries via phone.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Provide information about products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass and above
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
