Customer Care Executive

We are hiring an enthusiastic Customer Care Executive for our growing US voice process. You will be the primary point of contact for US customers by handling queries, providing solutions, and recommending suitable products.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound calls from US customers with empathy and professionalism
• Listen to customer needs and explain products, pricing, and policies clearly
• Identify cross\-sell/up\-sell opportunities through consultative selling

• *Requirements:**

• Excellent spoken \& written English
• Comfortable with computers
• Willing to work rotational shifts (US time zones / nights \& weekends)
• Graduate / 3\-year Diploma
