Job Summary
We are seeking a **smart, presentable, and customer\-focused Client Relations Executive** to be the face of our Experience Centre. The role involves welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, managing front\-office activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome architects, interior designers, and clients visiting the Experience Centre.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and client communication.
- Manage front\-desk operations and visitor records.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support customer engagement and relationship\-building activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- candidate with excellent communication skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Well\-groomed, confident, and customer\-oriented personality.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, or Client Relations will be preferred.
