The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer\-focused approach to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
\- Handling inbound calls and respond to mails
\- Resolve customer queries efficiently \- Maintain records of interactions
\- Ensure high Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
\- Provide excellent customer service
Desired Candidate Profile
\- Strong understanding of service delivery
\- Good problem\-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently \-
Ability to meet call centre metrics such as quality, productivity, and turnaround time \- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day shifts only)
\- Strong English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers. \- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced environment
Experience \& Educational Background \-
Experience in International call centre is an added advantage \-
Experience in voice, chat, or email support is preferred \-
Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate in any discipline
