• *Qualification:** Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field preferred.
• *Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
• *Salary:** Up to ₹35,000 per month

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Attend to customer vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare job cards and maintain service documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repairs.
• Provide service estimates, updates, and delivery timelines to customers.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and follow up with customers after service completion.
• Maintain effective communication between customers and the workshop team.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
• Good knowledge of automobile service processes and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
