Job Title: **CRC (Customer Service Agent)**

Pay: **₹12,000 \- ₹14,000 per month**

Schedule: **Day Shift (8:45 AM to 8 PM)**

Education: **10th pass and above**

• *Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions. Incase of technical issue follow up by logging a complaint.
• Excellent communication skills
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
• Maintain records of the conversations with the customer.
• Good computer skills

• *Requirements:**

• Laptop
• Strong Wifi \- Mobile data will not be allowed
• Power Back Required

• *Both Languages are compulsory:**

• Hindi (Required)
• Tamil (Required)
