Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic and result\-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with potential customers regarding projects, site visits, and bookings.
• Explain company projects, property details, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
• Schedule customer appointments and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead\-conversion targets.
• Prepare daily calling reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Any Graduate / PUC preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
• Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
• Good convincing, negotiation and follow\-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Ability to handle customer objections and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and customer\-oriented approach.
