The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer\-oriented approach, and experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates regarding shipments and logistics services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote the company's Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Land Transportation services.
Generate new business opportunities and support sales targets.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and convert inquiries into business.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
*Requirements:**
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or freight forwarding.
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding.
