Finance Manager

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while ensuring the financial health and profitability of the organization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage overall finance and accounting operations.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Ensure timely collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Monitor job costing, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Lead audits and support strategic financial decision\-making.
• Supervise and develop the finance team.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, cash flow management, financial reporting, and freight forwarding finance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
