Job requirement for the Customer service Representative \- Logistic and warehouse

• Ensure proper inventory control and stock management procedures.
• Manage end\-to\-end logistics operations, including warehousing and transportation,
• Deliver customer service through strong customer support and collaboration processes.
• Coordinate with Logistics teams to ensure cost\-effective service delivery.
• Prioritize customer orders and adjust schedules to meet urgent requirements.
• Ensure efficient routing and scheduling to achieve OTIF (On\-Time In\-Full) deliveries at the lowest cost.
• Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and optimize service fulfillment.
• Monitor and control logistics and service costs for operational efficiency.
• Oversee and validate cost estimation processes within the Customer Service function.
