· **Shift Timing:** Rotational shifts between **9:00 AM – 6:00 PM**
· **Weekly Off:** Sunday
· **Calling Type:** Outbound calls
· Handle outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
· Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions
· Maintain accurate call and customer records
· Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
· Follow company processes and service standards
· **Education:** \+2 / Any Degree
· **Language:** Malayalam (mandatory)
· Basic communication and listening skills

· Willingness to work rotational shifts
· **Salary:** ₹13,000 per month
