We are seeking dedicated and proactive **Customer Support Executives** with 0–3 years of customer service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently, resolve queries promptly, and ensure a superior customer experience.
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
· Identify customer concerns and provide accurate, timely support.
· Gain deep knowledge of products and services to communicate effectively.
· Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution.
· Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
· Collect customer feedback and identify upselling opportunities.
· Meet daily and monthly sales or service targets.
· Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
· Minimum Qualification: **12th Pass / Graduate.**
· **Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi** (additional language proficiency is an advantage).
· 1–3 years of experience in **Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center operations.**
· Strong interpersonal, problem\-solving, and multitasking abilities.
