Job Description

We are looking for a customer\-focused and detail\-oriented Customer Support Executive to provide prompt and professional assistance to customers through chat.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude while resolving customer queries efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers through solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet response time, resolution time, and quality standards.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
