Job Title: Customer Support Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: \- Handle customer calls, emails, or chats professionally \- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions \- Maintain records of customer interactions \- Follow up with customers when required \- Provide product and service information clearly \- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department \- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality Required Skills: \- Good communication skills \- Basic computer knowledge \- Problem\-solving ability \- Patience and positive attitude \- Ability to work in a team Qualification: \- 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate Experience: \- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Salary: \- As per company standards Location: \- As per company requirement

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,660\.67 per month
