Job Description
Respond to customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Achieve response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets. Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines. Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
