Job Description

We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for a leading telecom client (Vodafone) in **Thane**.

• *Process:**

• 80% Chat Support
• 20% Voice (Inbound Calls)

Eligibility

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat, Email Support, or Inbound Calling
• Excellent English communication skills (V4 level)
• Willing to work in rotational shifts

Salary

• Gross Salary: Up to ₹23,000/month
• In\-Hand Salary: Up to ₹18,500/month

Shift Timings

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• Rotational shifts
• 1 Rotational Week Off
