Eligibility

• HSC (12th Pass) Freshers can apply
• **Malayalam\-speaking candidates are mandatory**

• Good communication skills in **Malayalam and basic English** are required

Shift Details

• **Boys:** 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• **Girls:** Day Rotational Shifts (6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, any 9\-hour shift)
• **Weekly Off:** 1 Rotational Off

Salary

• **Freshers:** ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 In\-Hand
• **CTC:** ₹25,000 per month

Job Role

• Handle inbound customer queries via Voice, Email, and Chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
