• Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound voice support.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Deliver accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• *Requirements**

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a high level of fluency.
• Clear pronunciation and strong grammar skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem\-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week\-offs.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• *Work Schedule**

• 5 working days per week
• 9\.5\-hour shift (including 8\.5 hours of login time)
• Rotational shifts and weekly off

• *Salary**

• **Freshers:** ₹28,000 CTC per month \+ Performance\-Linked Incentive (PLI) of ₹2,000
• **Experienced:** Up to ₹43,000 CTC per month \+ Performance\-Linked Incentive (PLI) of ₹2,000 (based on relevant experience and interview performance)
