Position 1: Customer Support Executive – Freshers

• **Experience:** Freshers can apply.
• **Qualification:** Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• **Salary:** Up to ₹3\.15 LPA.
• **In\-Hand Salary:** Up to ₹18,500 per month.
• **Process:** International Voice Process.

Position 2: Customer Support Executive – Experienced

• **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.
• **Qualification:** Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• **Salary:** Up to ₹4\.25 LPA.
• **Salary Hike:** 30% on last drawn CTC, subject to a maximum of ₹4\.25 LPA.
• **Process:** International Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice support.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns within the defined timelines.
• Follow company policies, quality standards and process guidelines.
