We are looking for a tech\-savvy Customer Support \& Operations Executive to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting day\-to\-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools, and thrive in a fast\-paced D2C environment.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries through calls, email, chat, WhatsApp, and support tickets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and ticketing platforms.
  • Coordinate order processing and support daily operational activities.
  • Work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
  • Utilize AI tools (including ChatGPT) to improve response quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

### **Educational Qualification**

  • Graduate in any discipline.

### **Experience**

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, CRM, or Operations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and ticket management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
