Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the position of **Customer Support Executive** at our Pallavaram, Chennai location. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
• Flexibility to work on rotational week\-offs.
