Customer Support Specialist

We are performance marketing company based in Mansarovar, Jaipur. We handle client business growth throughout the platforms Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

We are looking for a support executive based in Jaipur location who can handle our customers\[converted customers] queries like what updates they want with our current services, queries based on problem they are facing with our CRM, solve their problem regarding services with alignment of technical team and management team.

Candidate should have good communication skills and easy to manage soft and hard tones of the clients. Preferred candidate should have good knowledge in customer handling and support.

Experience and freshers both can apply if you can choose a good career with mocaup show us your highly prefer communication and good knowledge of client handling.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
