Senior Sales Executive

• *Responsibilities:**

• **New Lead Sales:** Pitch, negotiate, and close incoming high\-intent leads for performance marketing services (Google, Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp).
• **Upselling \& Retention:** Build strong relationships with converted clients, drive recurring renewals, and upsell higher\-tier packages/ad budgets.
• **Client \& CRM Support:** Handle client service queries and CRM issues by coordinating directly with technical and management teams.
• **Communication:** Confidently manage client expectations with balanced soft/firm communication and conflict\-resolution skills.

• *Requirements:**

• Proven track record in B2B sales, closing deals, and account growth (Digital agency/SaaS background preferred).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (Hindi \& English).
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Based in or ready to relocate to Jaipur.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
