Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally.
Follow up with incoming leads and customer requests.
Provide timely support and accurate information to customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain customer interaction records and follow\-up updates.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Attend and manage enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or telecalling.
Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
Good follow\-up and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in inbound customer support or enquiry handling will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are an added advantage.
