Job Summary

Smart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a research\-oriented, analytical, and tech\-savvy professional to join its International Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting international market research, analysing business data, identifying potential overseas customers, generating qualified sales leads, and supporting new client acquisition.

Candidates from Data Analyst, Market Research Analyst, Business Research Analyst, and Lead Generation profiles are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have strong research capabilities, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to convert market insights into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct international market research to identify potential countries, industries, and business opportunities.
• Research overseas companies, manufacturers, importers, distributors, and potential buyers.
• Identify and source international clients using Google, LinkedIn, B2B portals, company websites, and online business directories.
• Collect, analyse, and organise market data to identify potential customers and target industries.
• Prepare and maintain structured databases of international prospects, including company details, contact information, websites, and decision\-makers.
• Analyse competitor activities, market trends, industry requirements, and potential business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and support international client acquisition.
• Initiate communication with overseas prospects through professional emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls.
• Follow up with potential clients and assist in converting leads into business enquiries.
• Prepare market research reports, lead\-generation reports, and business presentations.
• Maintain accurate customer information and lead status using Excel and CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and business development.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or Research will be preferred.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in data analysis, market research, lead generation, or sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
• Familiarity with data handling, data filtering, data organisation, and basic data analysis.
• Knowledge of Google search, LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and business directories.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify potential customers and convert research findings into business leads.
• Tech\-savvy with the ability to learn new digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Confidence in communicating with international clients through emails, calls, and online meetings.
