• *Job Summary**

We are urgently looking for **5 passionate and experienced Data Analyst Trainers** to conduct an intensive, 5\-day offline training workshop for college students and fresh graduates in **Ghaziabad**.

This is a local, classroom\-based short\-term contractual engagement. Candidates based in **Ghaziabad or Delhi\-NCR** who can commute independently to the venue are preferred. *(Note: Outstation Travel/Flight/Accommodation allowances are not provided).*

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver engaging, hands\-on training sessions covering core Data Analytics tools and concepts.
• Train, mentor, and guide college students/freshers through foundational to intermediate topics.
• Conduct practical lab exercises, mini\-projects, and live demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts.
• Address student queries, evaluate assignments/mini\-projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom engagement and ensure the planned daily curriculum is completed effectively.

• *Core Skills \& Technical Topics**

Candidates must have practical working knowledge and training experience in:

• **Advanced Excel:** Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Cleaning, and Dashboards.
• **SQL:** Database querying, Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries, and Data Extraction.
• **Data Visualization / BI Tools:** Power BI or Tableau (Report generation, Dashboards, Data Modeling).
• **Python for Data Analysis (Bonus/Preferred):** Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn.
• **Analytical Problem Solving:** Explaining real\-world use cases and business scenarios to beginners.

• *Candidate Profile \& Requirements**

• **Experience:** Prior experience conducting training programs, bootcamps, or workshops for engineering/management students, freshers, or higher education institutions.
• **Location:** Must currently reside in **Ghaziabad or Delhi\-NCR** with easy daily access to Ghaziabad.
• **Availability:** 100% full\-day offline availability from **17th November to 21st November**.
• **Communication:** Strong English and Hindi verbal communication and classroom management skills.

• *Compensation \& Additional Information**

• **Remuneration:** Competitive day\-rate / consolidated honorarium based on industry standards and experience.
• **Logistics:** Strictly local candidates only; **No TFA (Travel, Food, or Accommodation)** will be provided for outstation travel.
