• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and understanding.
• Coordinate cross\-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of data platform objectives with business requirements.

• Strong knowledge of data platform architecture and design principles.
• Experience working with integration frameworks and data modeling techniques.
