• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Design Management \& Review:** Lead and coordinate design deliverables for major dam, powerhouse, and underground tunneling projects, ensuring compliance with structural, architectural, and MEP specifications.
• **Technical Oversight:** Evaluate design aspects for both permanent works (piles, pile caps, dam structures, powerhouse) and temporary engineering works.
• **BIM \& Software Execution:** Utilize design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, Navisworks) to manage building information modeling (BIM) processes, resolve spatial clashes, and optimize designs.
• **Cross\-Disciplinary Coordination:** Oversee construction activity workflows across structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP divisions to ensure seamless execution on\-site.
• **Stakeholder Integration:** Act as the primary liaison between design teams, external consultants, project managers, and site contractors to resolve technical queries efficiently.

• *Qualifications \& Requirements**

• **Experience:** Proven track record in design coordination or design management for large\-scale civil infrastructure, specifically focused on dams, underground tunnels, and powerhouses.
• **Technical Expertise:** Deep technical knowledge of hydro\-power facilities, deep foundations, retaining structures, and underground rock/earth works.
• **Software Proficiency:** Hands\-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, Navisworks, and general BIM modeling workflows.
• **Site Awareness:** Solid understanding of on\-site construction methodologies and their integration with design models for both permanent and temporary works.
