• *Qualification:** B.E. / M.E. – Mechanical

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Lead complete design and engineering activities for Heat Exchangers \& Pressure Vessels.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, 3D models and BOMs.
• Establish design standards, engineering procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards.
• Handle customer and project coordination.
• Support customer audits, internal audits and quality investigations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the design team.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong team leadership and decision\-making skills.
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of product development processes.
• Experience with ERP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Strategic thinking and customer\-oriented approach.
