VR4BIM is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our Interior Design department as a Design Manager. The candidate will lead Interior Design BIM projects, coordinate with international clients, manage design teams, and ensure high\-quality project delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and Interior Design BIM experience, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience handling Gulf / Middle East projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Interior Design BIM projects from design development to final delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal production teams.
Review drawings, BIM models, and project documentation for quality and accuracy.
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and team performance.
Guide and mentor architects and BIM modelers.
Ensure project compliance with client standards and timelines.
Handle technical discussions and meetings with international clients.
Improve departmental workflow and productivity.Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Architecture / Interior Design.
**Gulf / Middle East project experience is mandatory.**
Strong experience in Interior Design BIM projects.
