CARE INFOTECH is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on end-user IT support and maintain desktop infrastructure in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking problems. Core responsibilities encompass the installation, configuration, and repair of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will handle operating system installation, upgrades, and maintenance for Windows 10/11, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues. Supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications, along with assisting with printers, scanners, and other devices, is essential. You will also perform basic LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, manage user accounts and password resets, install antivirus software, support endpoint security, and maintain asset management records.
