Job Summary
CareIO Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented **HR Manager** to lead and manage all HR and statutory compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance, including **PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Shops \& Establishments Act** requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain and renew registrations under the Shops and Establishments Act and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities regarding compliance matters.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee and compliance data.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, and HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Prepare HR and compliance reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and statutory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Employees' Provident Fund (PF)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Shops and Establishments Act
- Labour Law Compliance
- Experience in handling statutory inspections, notices, and audits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the IT, technology, or service industry.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and labour law updates.
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
