Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for end users. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in desktop troubleshooting, hardware support, software installation, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Installation and support of Windows operating systems and business applications.
• User account management and password support.
• Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi\-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Antivirus installation and endpoint security management.
• Asset management and documentation of IT equipment.
• Coordination with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Providing onsite and remote support to users.
• Ensuring timely closure of support tickets as per SLA.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic networking concepts (IP Address, DNS, DHCP).
• Printer and scanner support.
• Active Directory and Outlook support (preferred).
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Experience

• 1–3 Years of Desktop Support Experience.
• Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification in IT/Computer Science preferred.
