Digital Business Relationship Manager

We are looking for a professional and client\-focused **Digital Business Relationship Manager** to build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their business growth objectives through digital marketing and online solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in **client handling, business development, account management, or digital marketing sales**, preferably within a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client goals and recommend suitable digital marketing and business growth solutions.
• Manage client communications, meetings, follow\-ups, and account growth opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities across services such as Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Drive client retention, revenue growth, and business expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Account Management, or Digital Marketing Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client\-handling skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing services and online business growth strategies.
• Relationship\-driven mindset with the ability to generate repeat business and referrals.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
