We're looking for a sharp, hands\-on **Digital Marketing Executive** to own our online presence — from SEO and paid ads to social media and lead gen. If you've got 1–3 years of experience and love seeing your campaigns actually perform, keep reading.

• *What You'll Do**

• Plan and run digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more — and actually optimize them
• Drive leads through organic \+ paid strategies, and keep improving conversion rates
• Manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) with content that gets engagement
• Handle SEO — on\-page, off\-page, keyword research, and coordinating with devs for site improvements
• Set up and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns with a sharp eye on ROI and budgets
• Create marketing content — blogs, emailers, social posts, promotional creatives
• Report on performance using Google Analytics and translate numbers into next steps

• *What We're Looking For**

• 1–3 years of hands\-on digital marketing experience
• Solid grip on SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Comfortable with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for basic creatives
• Strong written communication — you can write a caption AND an email campaign
• Analytical mindset — you look at data and know what to do next

• *Qualifications**
